No, this is a non-accredited professional development course. Upon successful completion of all assessment activities, you will receive an AUS-QUAL Statement of Completion.
How long do I have to complete it?
The workshop is conducted over two days. You are required to submit your final online assessment within one week of the course being conducted.
When will I receive my certificate?
Your Statement of Completion will be issued following the successful completion and submission of all required case studies and quizzes.
What happens if I don’t pass?
Our trainers are available throughout the course to assist you with studying techniques and to answer any questions. If you do not meet the assessment requirements, please contact AUS-QUAL to discuss available support services and options.
Is this accepted in my state?
Yes. The course examines the regulatory frameworks and ethical trade measurement criteria applicable to businesses and social compliance obligations throughout Australia.

How long is the certificate valid?
The Statement of Completion provides evidence of your training in Social Compliance and ethical trade frameworks at the time of issue. While there is no formal expiry date, industry standards and regulatory frameworks evolve, so regular training is recommended to stay current.
What is the refund policy?
To avoid cancellation fees, please contact the AUS-QUAL team immediately. Full payment for the course is required no later than five days prior to the start of training. A 50% cancellation fee applies to cancellations received less than 10 working days before the start date, and no refunds are provided for cancellations made less than five working days before the course.
