How long do I have to complete it?
The workshop takes place over two days. You are required to submit your final online assessment within one week of the course date.
When will I receive my certificate?
A Statement of Completion will be issued once you have successfully finished all workshop activities, case studies, and the final online assessment.
What happens if I don’t pass?
Our trainers provide support and assistance with studying techniques throughout the course. This is not an attendance-only course; participants are expected to meet the set standards to ensure audit competency.
Is this accepted in my state?
Yes. This course covers global and national regulatory frameworks for social compliance auditing that are applicable across all Australian states and territories.
Can my employer enrol multiple staff?

How long is the certificate valid?
The Statement of Completion serves as proof of your 17 CPD hours. For those using it toward APSCA auditor status, you must ensure you maintain your personal auditor certification and keep up with ongoing CPD requirements.
What is the refund policy?
To avoid cancellation fees, please contact the AUS-QUAL team immediately. Full payment for the course is required no later than five days prior to the start of training. A 50% cancellation fee applies to cancellations received less than 10 working days before the start date, and no refunds are provided for cancellations made less than five working days before the course.
