How long do I have to complete it?
You have three months from the date of enrolment to complete the theory modules and submit your final amended HACCP report for assessment.
When will I receive my certificate?
A Certificate of Competence will be issued following the successful review and assessment of your theoretical quizzes and practical report.
What happens if I don’t pass?
Our facilitators are available to provide guidance and help you develop studying techniques. If an assessment is not successful, you will receive feedback to help you resubmit your work within the 3-month window.

How long is the certificate valid?
While the certificate confirms competence, most major retailers and the HARPS standard require HACCP refresher training to be undertaken every three years to maintain compliance.
What is the refund policy?
To avoid cancellation fees, please contact the AUS-QUAL team immediately. Full payment for the course is required no later than five days prior to the start of training. A 50% cancellation fee applies to cancellations received less than 10 working days before the start date, and no refunds are provided for cancellations made less than five working days before the course.
