Is this course nationally recognised?
Yes. This course is nationally accredited. Upon successful completion, you will receive a Statement of Attainment for the units FBPFSY1002 and FBPFSY2002 from the FBP Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical Training Package.
How long do I have to complete it?
You have three months from the date of your enrolment to complete all online theory modules and submit your practical assessments and Third-Party report.
When will I receive my certificate?
Your Statement of Attainment will be issued once all assessments have been successfully submitted, reviewed, and confirmed as competent by our assessors.
What happens if I don’t pass?
Our online platform and trainers provide support to help you through the material. If you are found “not yet competent” in an assessment, you will be given guidance on how to bridge the gap and resubmit.
Is this accepted in my state?
Yes. This course is valid and recognised in all Australian states and territories.
Can my employer enrol multiple staff?

How long is the certificate valid?
While the Statement of Attainment does not expire, some state legislations or industry standards may recommend or require “refresher” training every few years. Check with your local council or industry body for specific renewal requirements.
What is the refund policy?
To avoid cancellation fees, please contact the AUS-QUAL team immediately. Full payment for the course is required no later than five days prior to the start of training. A 50% cancellation fee applies to cancellations received less than 10 working days before the start date, and no refunds are provided for cancellations made less than five working days before the course.
