Understanding Fair Farms Standard v3.0

Walk Into Audit Day Prepared and Confident

Audit day runs smoothly when your evidence is ready, your people know what to expect, and your processes hold up to scrutiny. The Fair Farms Standard helps Australian horticulture businesses demonstrate fair and responsible employment practices, and this course explains the core requirements of Fair Farms Standard v3.0 and what happens during an audit.

The course focuses on labour management, accommodation, WHS, payroll and grievance systems in the Australian farming context. You’ll learn how to identify gaps, strengthen your processes and prepare your site, people and documents for audit day. It also connects Fair Farms with SMETA, ETI and modern slavery due diligence, so your preparation supports your wider retailer and supply chain expectations.
