1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ausqualtraining.com.au and any training, auditing or related services provided by AUS-QUAL Training Services (“AUS-QUAL”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or booking one of our courses you agree to these Terms.
2. Course bookings and payment
- Course fees are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
- Bookings are confirmed once full payment is received and you have been issued a booking confirmation by email.
- Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store full credit card details.
- Where training is arranged through an employer, the employer is responsible for payment unless agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Cancellations, transfers and refunds

- Cancellations made more than [X] business days before the course start date may receive a full refund less administrative fees.
- Cancellations within [X] business days of the course are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant or future course at our discretion.
- AUS-QUAL reserves the right to reschedule or cancel courses where minimum numbers are not met or due to circumstances outside our control. In such cases, you will be offered a transfer or full refund of fees paid.
4. Participant responsibilities
- Provide accurate information at the time of enrolment, including your Unique Student Identifier (USI) where required.
- Comply with the rules of conduct provided at the course venue and with any reasonable directions from our trainers and assessors.
- Complete required pre-course work and assessments by the dates communicated to you.
5. Certification
Statements of Attainment, certificates and other recognition documents are issued only after all assessment requirements have been met and all fees have been paid. Re-issue of lost certificates may incur an administrative fee.
6. Intellectual property
All training materials, course content and resources provided by AUS-QUAL remain our intellectual property (or that of our licensors). You may use them for your own learning but must not copy, distribute, sell or repurpose them without our prior written consent.
7. Website use
You agree not to use ausqualtraining.com.au in any way that is unlawful, harmful or that interferes with the operation of the site. We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AUS-QUAL is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
